Payment Terms

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Softscotch harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Materials, assets, or instructions provided by the client.
• Misuse of deliverables outside the scope of Softscotch’s control.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or work already delivered.
